Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service

Time: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Date: Jan. 21 Location: Boone Square, 1935 Rowan St.  Details: The MLK Day of Service is a way to transform Dr. King’s life and teachings into a community service. Help make the community’s parks extraordinary and make it “A Day On, Not a Day Off!” Tasks include: mulching, planting and general beautification.
