Moved by Music: Violins of Hope

Violins of Hope is a testament to the power of music during the most horrific of circumstances, the Holocaust. The violins provided a voice of hope. Music is that universal language of expression that can give hope, offer a voice, bring joy, perhaps solace….music is deeply personal to everyone. Join us on October 20th to express why you are “Moved by Music.” The Louisville Orchestra’s Teddy Abrams will open the event with a few words, then play the instrument of his choice. We ask you to sign up to do the same, an open mic will be available to say why you are moved by music, then play an instrument, sing a song, whatever moves you. It can be solo or a group, but set up needs to be easy to accommodate a quick turnaround for the next musicians.Learn more........
