A Taste of Yoga 2020

Rainbow Blossom will be offering a week of free yoga classes during their annual event, A Taste of Yoga, this year, March 9th-15th. The classes will range in style and ability level and will feature options including kids and family yoga, prenatal yoga, laughter yoga, and much more! A Taste of Yoga will showcase classes and techniques from studios and teachers all over the Louisville area. Instructors from Yoga Baum, Omology, Inner Warrior, Modern Mama, Array, FlyButter, Inifinite Bliss, and many more have partnered with Rainbow Blossom to offer the community a week of education, movement, and connection. “Yoga can be intimidating and there are so many disciplines of yoga that choosing the right style can be overwhelming,” said second generation Rainbow Blossom owner, Summer Auerbach. “Rainbow Blossom has always been an education hub for all things health, wellness, and mindfulness in the community, so I love the idea of people using A Taste of Yoga as the push they need to get their feet on a mat!” Carrie Irwin, a yoga teacher at several studios in Louisville, says: “I love teaching at Rainbow Blossom's A Taste of Yoga because it helps to raise the awareness that there are a lot of different types of yoga, and that surely one, if not more than one of these types, will be accessible for any individual. It also allows for our yoga community to come together and be of service by offering a whole week of free yoga classes to the Louisville community. We get support each other and our different teaching styles, knowing that no one style is better than the other, but that we all have something to offer.” There will be 30 classes offered throughout the week-long event. All classes will be free and held at the Highlands Market at 3046 Bardstown Road. Space is limited, so the classes are first come, first served. BYOM- Bring Your Own Mat. Mats are available for purchase at the Highlands Market. Samples and giveaways related to health, fitness, and mindfulness will be offered to class participants. Learn more.....
