Air Pollution Control District Public Hearing

Between October 5, 2019, and December 26, 2019, the Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District held a public comment period on two proposed Title V Construction Permits for Clariant – Louisville West Plant, 1227 South 12th Street, Louisville, KY 40210, in accordance with Regulation 2.07. The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District is scheduling a public hearing on these proposed permits on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Edison Room at the Edison Center, 701 West Ormsby Avenue, Louisville, KY 40203 in accordance with Regulations 1.08 and 2.07. Oral statements will be accepted at the public hearing.
