40th Annual Boar's Head & Yule Log Festival

St. Paul United Methodist Church is celebrating the 40th anniversary of its long-running Boar’s Head and Yule Log Festival with five performances on Dec. 29, 30, and 31, 2019. The Boar’s Head and Yule Log Festival is a unique musical and theatrical experience depicting Christ’s light coming into the World and calling us to be that light through service and love. The annual event is among a handful of festivals true to the medieval tradition being performed in the U.S. today. The festival will be presented December 29 and 30, 2019 at 5 pm and 8 pm and December 31, 2019 at 6:30 pm at St. Paul United Methodist Church, at the corner of Bardstown Rd. and Douglass Blvd. Free tickets are required and are available online at the church website or by calling the ticket office at 502-459-1595. Admission for the performances is the voluntary offering of canned goods to be shared with those in need in our community. Additionally, an elegant candlelight dinner in the medieval tradition will be offered each night. On December 29 and 30, 2019, dinner is served at 6:30 pm. On December 31, it will be served at 5:00 pm. The cost of dinner is $25 per person. Make reservations by calling the ticket office at 502-459-1595.
