He is a huge overbearing Native American who is surrounded by the noises and the machines in his head and thinks everyone is bigger than him. Then there is RP McMurphy, who is sent to the institution from a work farm while the whole time faking insanity, causing commotion on the ward overseen by the overbearing Nurse Ratched. She controls anyone and everything including Dr Spivey, the psychiatrist with 200 patients and a bleeding ulcer, and who has yet to take control of anything on his own.
