Susan G. Komen Kentucky Race for the Cure

Susan G. Komen Kentucky's annual Race for the Cure helps honor local breast cancer survivors in the community. The event kicks off on Saturday, October 12 at Cardinal Stadium with a Survivor Expo at 7 a.m., Parade of Hope honoring survivors at 8:40 a.m., the 5K at 9 a.m., and 1 mile walk at 9:15 a.m. Money raised at this event will help support programs for patients in Kentucky and southern Indiana. Komen Kentucky has contributed more than $11 million to the community for breast health education, screening and treatment support programs; and more than $4 million to breast cancer research.Learn more.........
