Neighborhood Meeting Notification Letter August 7, 2019 RE: Proposed Conditional Use Permit St. Agnes Catholic School 1800 Newburg Road Adjoining Property Owners and Metro Councilpersons for Districts 8 & 10, This letter is intended to inform you of a meeting scheduled to present our preliminary development plan and discuss the proposed Conditional Use Permit for property located at 1800 Newburg Road. The proposal includes an expansion to the rear of the existing St. Agnes Catholic School building as well as constructing a new St. Agnes Charity Hall Building at the location of the existing Charity Hall Building. A meeting is scheduled for August 28, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Parish Center – Door 5 located at the rear of the existing St. Agnes School Building to discuss the Plan with interested neighbors and to increase your understanding of the proposed project early in the process. Parking is provided at the rear of the building.
