Neighborhood Meeting 19-ZONEPA-0042 1400 Hepburn Ave

Dear Neighbor, RE: Proposed Zone Change from R-5B to OR2 to bring the site into compliances with the Land Development Code (LDC) regulations, on property located at 1400 Hepburn Ave We are writing to invite you to a meeting we have scheduled to present neighbors with our zone change plan as described above. Accordingly, we have filed a plan for pre-application review on August 19, 2019 with the Division of Planning and Design Services (DPDS) that has been assigned case number 19-ZONEPA-0042 and will be assigned a case manager, whose name we will provide at the neighbor meeting. We would like to show and explain to neighbors this plan so that we might hear what thoughts, issues and perhaps even concerns you may have. In that regard, a meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 3rd at 7:00 p.m. at Vine Street Baptist Church, located at 960 Vine St. (In the Fellowship Hall)
