Belgian Comics Expo Exhibit

From Bruegel, van Eyck and Magritte to Herge’s Tintin and Peyo’s Smurfs, comes a collection of world comic art from Belgium, a small European country who had a huge impact on the visual arts in last century. Located at the European crossroads and ruled by many different occupiers, Belgians have mastered the non-verbal language and imagery like no other. From the time of Flemish master, the art form reveal a consistent display of creativity and innovation.  Interested guests are invited to request a complimentary ticket, up to 10 per tickets per person, to view the 20 plus colorful displays of world comic art.  A reception will be held on Saturday, July 20th 2019 from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. in honor of Belgian Day and the opening of the exhibit for 50 guests while space remains available.  The show runs on select dates through Tuesday, August 13th.
