The African Heritage Festival is a celebration of unity, culture, art and history across the African Diaspora. It is a joyous event for the whole family with great food, music, dance, sports, fashion, cultural demonstrations, children’s activities, resources for healthy living and so much more. Also features Opening Ceremony Film Screening of "Black N Black" on August 16th at 7:30pm at the Kentucky Center for African American Heritage - 1701 W. Muhammad Ali Blvd; an International Soccer Tournament starting on August 17th at 9am at Thurman Hutchins Park, 3734 River Road; and the Elders Brunch at 10:30am at Memorial Auditorium, 970 S. 4th Street.Learn more.......
