Animal Tracking Basics

Saturday July 13th from 11AM - 2PM This class is geared toward seeing more wildlife by finding animal signs and reading what is going on in the forest. We will stretch our senses as we unlock natural mysteries to discover the survival strategies of those who live in the forest. Whether you are a birder, hunter, or nature enthusiast, this class has something for everyone.Topics will include: Habits of awareness Animal senses and survival strategies Identifying and interpreting tracks How to make the most of your time outside Bird language Animal behavior How to research and make journals effectively Stalking (how to avoid being seen and heard) Make sure to bring: Pencil and paper Water Cost: $20.00/personFor ages 16 and up
