This letter is a re-notice of the one sent March 4, 2019. The purpose of a second neighborhood meeting is to clarify our request. Our request is to be allowed to operate a short term rental at Derby time and at other times as well. We anticipate up to six possible guests but not more than eight. There are technically five off-street parking spots, which should be well over what the guests would need. Bonnie and/or Jennifer, plus possibly a designated representative as well, will be available for any emergency contact during any short term rental. We are holding a meeting to discuss our plans on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at Migo Restaurant, back room reserved in my name, 2222 Dundee Road, Louisville, KY 40205. You can order from the menu Dutch treat if you wish. At this meeting, we will further explain our proposal and answer any questions you might have. The meeting will be recorded.
