48th Annual Dogwood Festival at Henderson Park, Saturday, April 27 2019 Proudly Presented by The City of Audubon Park (LOUISVILLE, KY) -- The City of Audubon Park is proud to present the 48th Annual Dogwood Festival at Henderson Park on Saturday, April 27 from 3 - 10 p.m. A staple of the Audubon community since 1971, the Dogwood Festival celebrates the arrival of spring and the beautiful dogwood blooms our city enjoys each year. The Dogwood Festival is family-friendly and free to attend, with all food and beverage proceeds going toward the Audubon Park Parks and Recreation Board for continued community improvement. Kicking off the festivities this year, The City of Audubon Park has teamed up with Vic’s Classic Bikes to host the Ride into Spring Family Bike Ride on Friday, April 26, at 5:30 p.m. Interested riders should meet in the parking lot of the Audubon Park Country Club any time after 5 p.m. and plan for the ride to conclude around 6:30 p.m. All participants are invited to Vic’s Classic Bikes afterward for light refreshments. *Children must be accompanied by an adult. On Saturday, the Dogwood Festival will feature live performances by the Disney Sing-a-Long Girls, a School of Rock Performance Band, Bourbon Bluegrass Revival, and THAT Band. Food and drinks will also be available for purchase from local food truck favorites like Black Rock Grill, Smoking Cantina, Bourbon Bent BBQ, Captain’s Kitchen, and more.Learn more.....
