Neighborhood Meeting for Neighborhood Meeting for Zoning Change 19ZONE1007 1576 Cherokee Road

A pre-application for a zone change from R-7, Multi-Family Residential to R-8A, Multi Family Residential to allow construction of a condominium building with ten dwelling units has been submitted to Louisville Metro Planning and Design Services. Adjoining property owners and neighborhood representatives are invited to discuss this proposal before it appears at a meeting of the Louisville Metro Planning Commission. The meeting will be held February 20, 2019, 6 pm at Fante's Coffee, 2501 Grinstead Drive.
