Louisville Orchestra presents Festival of American Music II: The Jazz Influence Teddy Abrams is soloist on the piece for piano and orchestra that broke the barrier between classical and jazz. Rhapsody in Blue by George Gershwin is the brilliant featured work on this Festival of American Music concert. LO commissions and premieres complete this exciting program. Mixing fusing modern classical and jazz, composer and violinist Johannes Dickbauer has been creating heat in Vienna and throughout Europe.
