CONNECTING CONVERSATIONS SERIES Developing Transformation Part III On August 8th we began a new small developers series with Develop Louisville. With this new partnership, we have successfully started residents on the path of acquiring and developing abandoned properties throughout Louisville. Building on this success, we hosted our second installment of the Small Developer Resource series on October 10th. With a packed house, the Develop Louisville team sat down with residents to dig deeper into ideas for transforming some selected sites in the land bank. In addition, various city agencies and development partners were on hand to discuss the processes and resources available to assistresidents in developing abandoned and blighted properties in their neighborhood. ​Please join us for part three as guest speakers will talk about their incredible work transforming spaces throughout west Louisville.
