A Kentucky Christmas at the Frazier

A Kentucky Christmas at the Frazier Rich in tradition and surrounded by sights and sounds of the holidays, A Kentucky Christmas at the Frazier offers guests a warm and wonderful escape from a cold winter’s chill. With youth choirs or live music performances every weekend, visitors will also experience an artisan marketplace for shopping and family-friendly activities celebrating Kentucky’s culture. Hot Wassail and cookies will greet each guest as they carefully plan various photo opportunities worthy of being the image on the family Christmas Card. Featuring multiple live holiday-themed performances every day from our actors, A Kentucky Christmas at the Frazier also celebrates the Commonwealth’s rich makers’ tradition. From hands-on gingerbread house-making tutorials to Make-it take-it crafts, every visitor will get a chance to not only see, but also do. Frazier guests will also get to meet and learn from the talented makers featured in our artisan marketplace. And if guests are looking for a little Kentucky Bourbon to add to Grandma’s homemade eggnog, the Frazier’s museum store is stocked with over 60 varieties of premium Kentucky Bourbon. With the recent opening of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail® Welcome Center, the holidays are the perfect time to visit the Frazier. A Kentucky Christmas is rooted in the rich craft and maker traditions in our Commonwealth. Featured exhibitions include The Spirit of Kentucky®, a new multi-million-dollar permanent exhibit about the people, industry, and culture of America’s native spirit and Kentucky Craft Luminaries, sharing the stories of artists and crafts people including the work of more than 25 featured artists in basketmaking, quilts, pottery and other traditions.   The holidays are the perfect time to visit the Frazier, where the world meets Kentucky for Christmas!
